The shield practice with Patrick Stewart was great for a 1984 movie but its certainly been overshadowed by the released clip of the 2021 film. It matches the book beat for beat in drama.

Ouch -- I just looked up Tim Choate, who played Zathras.  I had forgotten that he is one more in the tragically long list of Babylon 5 actors who have passed on.  He died in a motorcycle accident  in 2004.  :-(

This opening tells me that they don’t understand what Cowboy Bebop is. Cowboy Bebop isn’t just cool action and slick vehicles, it is also comedy, pathos and heartfelt moments.

Aw, no mention of his role on “Stargate SG-1" as the alien who stayed on Earth and helped produce the show-within-a-show “Wormhole X-Treme”? I know he had an illustrious career as a character actor, but that’s neck and neck with his role on “Sex in the City” for me.
