I laughed harder at the Blue Beetle’s suit speaking to him in Spanish than at any other piece of media this year.
Gandhi had an intermission. The Right Stuff had an intermission.
I’m pleased that my back-of-the napkin calculation for my fuel cost equivalence was really close to what a think tank came up with after crunching data (I had assumed roughly $1.25 per gallon equivalent to charge my vehicle residentially — they say $1.21). I buy pricier eggs to help make sure the chickens are treated better. But the flavor of every egg available to me is just meh when compared to the eggs in literally every other country I’ve ever set foot in.
Gotta be honest -- not feeling captivated by any of these moments.
The silver lining? A bunch of right wingers will now willingly buy and play a thoroughly mediocre game.
