Those are awesome shoulder patches ! Who is wearing those ?! Oh, I guess I shouldn't ask...?

Form follows function. Basic dragon-headed-spaceship design requirements, really. You need to arrange the main and auxiliary thrusters in a way that maximizes their output. At the same time you have to minimize the ship's cross-section to be able to avoid the typical demon-pagoda main-mouth-weapon blasts while keeping

Ha!

Finally an ATM that deserves its name: it can automatically tell (if you're lying)

Isn't he usually one of the good guys? And isn't it far from sorted out, to put it mildly, who were the good guys in Vietnam...?!?

Charlie don't weave

It'd be pretty hard to keep your wits together and your lunch down traveling in something that flies like a saucer skipping over water

Haha, sorry, my bad. I didn't think that you believed that stuff about a Soviet-Horten spectacle in the desert of New Mexico.

Yup, so that thing, the Horten Ho 229 was indeed real and flew as a prototype towards the end of the war. Goering was supposedly completely fascinated by it and it was ordered into mass production but the war ended before that could get started. It was rumored to have stealth capacity and supposedly influenced later

some of them can fly, too...and dive under water, through tubes of indoor plumbing, let's say...but your chamber is sealed all-around and self-contained, right?

Sorry to be off topic, kinda, but I couldn't find the 'tips' box in the new design (where is it, btw?). So I thought I'd stick this under the next Apple-related post I see:

He should try putting on some clothes, that might make them lose interest

'The Incal' was a comic book series as well and came before the 'Metabarons' series (one of the Metabarons is a supporting character in Incal and he is so cool that they gave him his own series, to explain his background and such).

Jodorowsky and Moebius would stay teamed up after the Dune project and use a lot of the thinking and concept art to create one of the best SF comic book series ever made, The Incal.

Hey, we correctly called no-WMDs-in-Iraq, so there might be something to this one here as well

And there I was thinking FECOM was some NATO term (forward expeditionary command?)

That's some solid preliminary data you have there, chances of getting some funding released are high I'd say

Common sense can be surprisingly wrong sometimes. If I understand correctly you are saying that people with Major Depressive Disorder are mostly suffering because they made objectively bad decisions and are now thinking about those ? That would be quite wrong. MDD clearly is an organic disorder (of the brain,

I kind of agree with the increase in imaginativeness - but I thought it came at a steep price by also being completely incoherent. I guess I was more in the mood for something that made sense when I watched 2&3.

I'd have to agree - it was more a sudden, breathtaking downfall, from the plateau of perfectly entertaining, for the first movie, straight down to the hellish abyss of incredibly annoying in spite of having a large budget and lots of acting talent assembled, for parts 2 and 3.
