I was going to grab one when MK8 came out, but the damn thing was sold out in the two electronics stores I went to on launch day. It seems like anyone who purchased Mario Kart had to own a pro controller. To get around it, I've been using the classic controller for the Wii, and it's pretty nice. A little too light,

This is a new thing?

Or, you know. Just call them SRPGs.

But there's no statistical or scientific data to support that men have any advantage over women in video games. It's not the same thing at all.

Someone else made a good point. The "conflict" is that if a female player beats a male player, a female player is technically eliminating a player from a tournament that is male only. Said female shouldn't even be in the tournament, so any male players they knock out shouldn't be knocked out. It's not their place to

I think you're right. Their wording is fucked, but what they wrote wasn't exactly what they meant. It's still jarring to see an organization publish a comment like that.

Yeah I totally get sports. Sports often come down to physical advantages, and at higher levels of play, you tend to see a much larger discrepancy between women and men, than you would in everyday life. However videogames have nothing dividing women and men in skill level. It's just time, dedication and creativity.

We might be arriving into that world thanks to kickstarter.

Thanks, I like me too.

Yeah, because we all know GIF quality is directly proportional to how much fun playing a game is.

Yeah I'm pretty sure you just copy + pasted capcom's original game design document.

Yeah that breaks the economy of a game about a broken economy. Another rule that is a must have is the auction.

Exactly! I still don't think it's a good game, because you actually barely make any decisions, and I have a whole shelf of games that are way more fun. But it's reputation as a long slog is unfair, because people don't know how to play the game.

It really depends on how the contracts were written back when those games were released. Nintendo might own the distribution rights to those games, however digital distribution might be complicated. Honestly, because of the complete lack of N64 titles on the Wii U, I'm curious if it's something else. It's also

Yeah the mysterious lack of all N64 games, not just Rare ones points to another issue.

Oh good, someone found a way to make Monopoly interesting!

It's definitely not a rip off. All the art is original, however the style is so heavily inspired by Minish Cap that it comes off as a slimey not mentioning the game in the video.

Not just that, but it's expensive to record this kind of stuff. You have to wonder what sort of environment these lines were recorded in, and whether or not a creative audio director was present. Seeing as it's an AI's voice, I think they could use this delivery and mask it with some modulation and frequency

I find it hilarious when you empty a clip into the head of an enemy and it just shakes it off like they're Wolverine. But it TOTALLY breaks immersion.

These look great, but they're so... specific and sluggish that they could never be implemented. For example the movement animations had to slow the player down for them to look natural, and moving through HL2 at that speed would have SUCKED.
