What do you like about the GamePad / how do you use it differently? I just got mine over Thanksgiving and I'm still learning the intricacies - what should I not miss out on?

Ah, sweet progress. Except perhaps a step away from the ultimate goal of nobody liking sports!
Hm, guess I know what I'll be doing on my week-long vacation. That should be enough time for a century or two!
Is this a thing? What the hell is a thigh gap? I looked it up and everything assumes you already know.
Hey, they still have Mr. Game & Watch in there, and that series has been dead since before I was born.
This is one of the good things about Japanese corporate culture, I think. Or maybe it's just Shuhei. They can actually enjoy things their competitors make.
There is still a lot of military strategy in IV - it's just different. I think that, with Brave New World, IV and V are relatively equal in sophistication, but each with a very different focus. IV is more about empire building. One of the things I like about it is that the land you are on really matters, and building…
I really went in expecting to hate Brave New World. The base game was bad. Gods & Kings didn't make it much better.
That is true in most circumstances, but not in Zelda, and for a pretty solid reason. It's a retelling of the monomyth, the core fairy story, in which a hero arises to defeat evil, saves a princess, and rescues a kingdom. It's the same story arc as Lord of the Rings, and Ganondorf's motivations are the same as Sauron's…
Being a living martyr counts as a win?
Oh my god, you just gave me the best spoiler I've ever had. I have been playing it super slowly, mostly because everyone's too busy to come over and play much, but partially because it looks like the game only has five worlds. To know it has more than that, even if not many more, is a huge relief!
And there will be 3 models (at least) when it hits the market, but all the beta units were these top-of-the-line ones.
Agree. It's the third most self-indulgent album title you can do.
Not in charge, but not an employee either. I don't think Beyonce is on the staff there.
I think if they were dressed up like Santa they'd be just fine.
Not if Wii U keeps flailing. They're going to miss their financial targets this year - 9 million Wii U's, are you crazy? - and then there's going to be trouble. 3DS is doing great, but investors, they're a prickly bunch.
I actually have a suspicion - and this is based almost entirely on nothing - that five or six years from now he'll replace Iwata as CEO.
Remember how angry everyone was when Microsoft announced they were coming into consoles?
Or get a job in the spirits industry and get more booze than you could ever drink, of better quality, for free.
I don't know in general, but I do know that GTA 5 took 5 years to make, and they started recording dialogue for the three principals 2 years in (3 years of dialogue).
