That and/or an inability to get out of bed, eat three meals a day, and deal with minor problems in a timely manner. SO HOT.

It's also just good customer service. If giving you a couple bras at 40% off makes you happy, lets them know there's a signage issue, and makes a sale, then everyone wins. It's definitely better than the unhappy customer never shopping at the store again and/or taking their complaints to yelp.

Word. We met at a party, hooked up in his car, and now we've been together four years and have been living together for a year and a half. Funny, the guy I dated and waited with turned out to be an ass and we broke up after less than a year.

Huh. Let me just call up my feminist boyfriend and tell him he can't be in the club anymore...(Dirty little secret of feminism—it's good for everybody! You CAN be in the club! Equality rules!)

You know, what's interesting is that we have this perception of the past as being all decent and proper, and kids being respectful, but that's just really effective historical propaganda. People have been swearing up storms for centuries (granted, they used different swears, like 'God's thumbs!' but it was the same

The paper mill CLOSED, yo. T-town is no longer smelly (and really, it wasn't that bad).

Riley is the worst and I'm glad he's dead/living in the South American jungle with his hot, perfectly appropriate wife.

*sigh* A female WHAT?

Everyone do yourselves a favor and DO NOT read the comments on the CNET article. It's the MRAs meet the Leave It To Beavers and it's not pretty.

I kind of just can't get over that there are so many people actively funding art. Because that's wicked cool. Lots of money for art is yay! And people wouldn't have funded it so quickly if it didn't have some sort of emotional, personal resonance.

You know what, Lindy? I may have not gone to church in a year because of Benedict, and I have serious, serious issues with the way the Church treats anyone who isn't a white straight male, but saying "fuck the pope" is not helping. It is, in fact, pretty damn offensive, and more importantly, not at all constructive.

Oh, Lifehacker, I knew you wouldn't let me down!

That sounds awful. And I understand. It took me 18 solid months of asking, nagging, and having periodic breakdowns to get my SAHBoyfriend to understand that a clean home is actually important, and that he had to take responsibility for the stuff that comes with living. And that's with him *trying*. Not even any kids.

I...would. Therapy for everyone! I went for different issues, but it's seriously a relief when you get to have your head back and not have it taken over by insanitypants.

You win the internet today!

I'm just going to say what no one else is:

Where's the "nope nope nope nope" gif when you need it?
