Sounds good. I'm not too keen on it accessing all my browsing data though.

Another really cool one is to hit shift+command+delete when you're in Finder. This empties your trash.

Great post. Thanks. I think the trick is to be mindful of yourself in your surroundings. Almost like watching yourself as you go about your busyness and realise how futile it is.

Oh wow. This is so cool. I use DayOne all the time. Great for idea generation and revisiting your thinking patterns.

I use my iPhone way way more than any other device ... because I use time saving Siri voice commands through the entire day. I have to type a lot less and it gives me back a lot of my time. Almost an hour a week. So my iPhone's become an extension of me almost. Sad I know.

Hi Whitson,

Using each moment as an opportunity to proactively accept the feelings of rejection without identifying with those feelings could be quite beneficial in the longer term. The key is to be mindful and practice acceptance of the crappy feelings which you can only get better at with practice.

I'm not a huge fan of the iOS7 calendar app either. It's one of the many things that are annoying. I tend to use Fantastical for the iPhone which is a nice alternative.

Looks a lot like Stephen Covey's matrix. I wonder if Steven Covey thought of it first ;-)

Good point. I always tend to think of my 'utopic day' as the benchmark for my life goals. Till I read this it never occurred to me that I should be thinking in terms of my average perfect day rather than my perfect perfect day.

I always knew about the endorphins but didn't know about Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor. Fascinating. Thanks for sharing.

This is a great point. I do agree it helps to keep encouraging yourself when working out. It's a virtuous cycle.

The unwritten rule is "Drink the coolaid or leave"

I watched "this is 40" just a week ago. That haemorrhoid scene is HILARIOUS!

I just downloaded the app. Have yet to use it. I subscribe to Noah Kagan's course. Noah is 'larger than life'. Great guy.

Interesting approach. Linkedin kind of does that anyway - builds connections outwards except not quite in concentric circles.

How long does the update take? I'm thinking of running it overnight.

Hilarous!!!

Immaculate arrangement of mouth watering gadgets. Yum!
