I agree. I'm riding 10.04 to the end to give Unity and Gnome3 time to settle.

how do you seriously get rid of the great windows and put linux on a machine? Do you not miss it?
I agree. Really good cookware is a terrific investment. Ditto on good knives. Good cookware makes cooking easier and gives you better and more consistent results.
I keep baby bottle liners for this type of thing, as well. Cut them down a bit, put in meds, fold over the top and tape it down. It's not as good as a ziploc, or perhaps a filled straw turned into a med pack, but it's handy and usually holds up to average handling.
OK, I've used mayo for my hair in the past, but there are other options that will work and not be so hard to wash out afterwards. Instead of using mayo, just use oil. Olive oil, avocado oil - even warm, melted cocoa butter, if you must. When my hair was really, really long, I'd wash it, and then put one drop of olive…
LOL
But they were going to keep the same red envelope!

I am currently with Comcast on a Triple Play package, and I'm looking for other options. Re: Obihai & NetTalk, will this work for multiple "landline" phones? If I plug in a phone, will it ring all the phones in my house, or only the one?
Ah. This household runs the same system. Ask Priswell.
I've tried Sipgate, and they say they don't have any numbers to offer. They didn't have any numbers to offer 3 months ago, either.
I'm on the west coast, so I don't know if a brand name will help you. Find a hardware (Orchard Supply, Home Depot, Home Base, etc.) store during the winter, or a store that sells wood stoves. Another option is to try Woody Pet for litter. It's essentially the same thing (though, probably costs a little more).
We use stove pellets for cat litter. They're $10 or less for a 40lb bag. The minute moisture hits them, they fall apart into sawdust, are very absorbent, and will kill smells.
Sorry. I disagree.

Didn't y'all see that I Love Lucy show where they used this tip?
Yeah, I saw this one. I've started with 'vimtutor'. Just tried openvim and it's too slow to respond.
I've been using Vimperator as an add-on for my browser, and it's now time to learn vim for real.
"If you had to downsize, would you fire the good workers or the great workers? Being fired means you weren't worth keeping around."
I prefer basket sprouting. You soak the seeds in the jar to start out, but once they begin to sprout, you put them in a bamboo basket and cover with a plastic bag to keep moisture in. You remove the basket from its tent 2x a day to rinse, but otherwise keep it under plastic. When the sprouts are ready, you pick them…
