Depends on what you are using it for. Miter saws are more convenient for crosscutting wood whereas table saws are better for ripping wood.

Laser beams or GTFO. This is a solid deal though, I highly recommend one. I’m not a woodworking guy by any means but mine has paid itself off 10x over.

False. Everyone should own one of these beautiful bastards. But, seriously, spring for a compound, sliding saw. Far greater utility in that you significantly increase the range of cuts you can make.

Just note that if you buy a Nextbit Robin, all manufacturer warranties, no matter hoe new, are void July 1. Razer bought the company, and the Robin will no longer be supported. Seems foolish to buy a phone with a two week warranty (and who knows if they’ll keep the cloud service going?)

Alexa does have a newer video version coming out this month. That said, Apple’s is severely limited compared to Echo due to its closed ecosystem and lack of z-wave/zigbee support. Even Google Home is much more versatile than what Apple has announced.

Even worse is when you click in your notifications to see a reply to your comment. But Then you have to scroll UP, to find the show comments button, scroll back down to find your comment, and then look for the new reply, which is not highlighted in any way, even though you just clicked the notification for it.

The Driver was distracted by Kinja’s Infinite Scroll and the 450 clicks it takes to read the comments

In fairness - suggesting Baron’s been promoted to chief expert advisor on all of the best cybers is mocking the nepotism and incompetence in this administration - not the poor kid.

It’s not an attack on Barron. Its about this gem from the debates:”I have a son. He’s 10 years old. He has computers. He is so good with these computers, it’s unbelievable. The security aspect of cyber is very, very tough. And maybe it’s hardly doable. But I will say, we are not doing the job we should be doing. But

Nope, because Trump doesn’t hire experts. He prefers rich butt-kissers.

Does Barron’s t-shirt indicate he has been offered a position as advisor?

I like the touchbar actually. Especially the finger sensor login. It was a little wonky to get used to but now it’s as functional as any other part of my Mac.

I have three of those 5 port chargers and I love them. But this is about travel chargers. The battery charger’s bulk can be excused because it pulls double duty as a charger AND an external battery. That has a huge potential to reduce bulk. The 5 port chargers are in no way travel chargers. They’re bulky, have no

It’s clear that some people feel that way, which is why I included that note. That said, we already did a Co-Op for charging hubs like that one, so this week we’re focusing on units that plug directly into the wall.

Maybe I should have been more clear about the criteria, but we already did a Co-Op for USB charging hubs, which the PowerPort won! I’ve always considered a travel charger to be a single, self-contained entity that you can throw in a bag and plug directly into the wall.

Agreed! The external power cord actually solves lots of travel problems like when the damn outlets are hidden behind the hotel bed or the TV cabinet, not to mention it’s less likely to block the other outlets, unlike the Fusion.

The easy fix is to get a pack of those 12" extension cords that show up here in Deals pretty regularly. But I prefer the little Aukey plug and also a separate battery pack.

The one that was “disqualified” is the clear choice. The external power cord means it can stay in your bag (so can your device!) with only the cord plugged in, and the power cable will not pull out of the worn and loose airplane/airport power outlets since it isn’t bulky or heavy.

You’re absolutely right. That big bastard will fall right out of the well-worn sockets in airplanes AND airports.
