One thing I really like about this leveling system is that the combo of being able to spend your level point(s) on buffing your base SPECIAL stats + there’s no soft/hard cap on EXP, means you can max out the entire chart. I’ll take another look when I’m not asked to pay again for half to most of what should have been. So, when Taken King’s fixes (most of which are in now via a patch I think) AND a conherent, moving story (that doesn’t require I check crap outside the game!) are obtainable without me having to spend another dime.
