Yes, but dubbing shows takes time. The dub will be on the upcoming DVD/BD releases, and will also be uploaded to Hulu this fall.

Takeuchi hated the changes made to the old English dub. Given that she has near-full control over the SM franchise, she would never allow that version to be released again.

First of all it's from an official source with accurate translations, not some fan project in a legal gray area. Second, some of us do love the original series enough to go through it from start to finish and want to support this official release. I know I'll eventually buy the entire series at reasonable prices and

Some people prefer to get stuff officially, so the existence of fansubs don't really enter as a concern. Also, there are plenty of people who never really got in on Sailor Moon in the first place, and this would be a way for them to be properly exposed. I think a lot of us forget that this series is over 20 years

If I remember correctly, Dubs are coming later. They've actually picked an entirely new voice acting cast approved by Naoko herself and I'm assuming that will likely take some time before it's completed and ready for release.

I've always thought — and I believe that some of his last interviews back this up to some degree — that he knew he was dying when he was filming it, and it seems like his attitude was, "if this piece of shit is going to be my last movie, it's going to be the most ridiculously fun over-the-top piece of shit anyone's
