Question: does this have any effects on relativity? by slowing down light does it lower the 'speed limit' of the universe? If we slow down the light, but somehow achieve "lightspeed" is there a barrier broken?

really? the bugs really arent that prevalent and dont detract too badly from the game. I just finished 100 hour playthrough and had like maybe 2 big bug annoyances. 1. banter bug 2. Press Square to get to next scene in cutaway bug
