I was behind a person who got rear ended”

Come here to Los Angeles. My DWP bill alone can hit $500 per month easy in the hot months. And that’s for only 1800 square feet.

Let’s not assume that the employees are any smarter than the passengers.

A return to the stasis. Genius.

“This one goes to eleven...that makes it Lauda!”

No apology necessary...I didn’t actually read it as “going off”, and thought it opens a decent conversation.

I guess I could try to expand on that a bit. I’m in agreement with everything you’ve said here. More background checks? Certainly. Or at least more effective background checks. But I feel (and I may be way off base here) that we’re looking in the wrong direction for solving this problem. It seems to me the problem is

“the system worked as indented”

To continue with your thought, it’s also why “less guns” isn’t the solution to mass shootings.

Sweet!

I think it was the driver’s baseball cap.  :)

I understand it was originally the “M3 CSL”, but they dropped the “L” to save weight, ironically.  hehe

our education and literacy also lags behind...

I saw some dude yesterday on the freeway staring at their phone for at LEAST five miles. It’s probably my biggest pet peeve, worse than drunk driving. At least the drunk is trying to look at the road...

The correct thing to do is honk at them...a short beep.  They’ll think the light changed and (hopefully) pull into traffic.  It’s a hoot!

They’re clearly wearing beer goggles!

“Just the tip shows through the clouds.”

I’ll bet his butthole clutched, though.

You misspelled “unemployed”.

Take your star, you silly bastard.
