While perhaps not technically a "space opera" I felt Caprica had the potential to really explore some interesting topics. I enjoyed the series for what it was, and was disappointed when it was canceled.

One of my friends was legitimately offended when I mentioned that if I could go back in time, I'd skip killing Hitler and instead assassinate George Lucas before he fucked up the original trilogy and made the prequels. Priorities, or some such.

I have a jacket with both pockets sewn shut, and I can't wait to get home and investigate that shit more fully. I'm going to feel like an idiot if there are pockets hidden there.
