Agree. Barber is a lovely, smooth-as-a-baby’s-butt place to stretch your Porsche’s legs.

I am willing to polish the cars on display using my body. It might get me arrested, but hey, whatever it takes...

Having students face one another is indeed great, but it can be intimidating until the students are somewhat familiar with oneanother. But thanks for the reminder! I’ve always enjoyed facing fellow practitioners and will start including that more often when I teach.

I thought the same, but no...just yoga. A devoted practice.

Depends on the type of yoga you practice and the way in which you engage muscles, particularly the deep abdominals. Some of the folks with the strongest cores I know practice yoga / martial arts or are dancers.

You are not alone - this is classic for men, along with tight shoulders (because of developed muscles). Patience, GrauGeist. :) Google Dylan Werner Yoga. The man is amazing!

OMH hahahaha. VS Dylan Werner doing yoga...google the man. He’s a beast.

Agreed! You're much more likely to stick to it if it speaks to you. Nice piece, Matt.

Santiago, try yoga again and go for a power Vinyasa or a power yoga type. The pace and demand level of those should fit your energy levels better. Good luck!

You probably are getting stronger, just don’t notice it because it is quite gradual. I’ve taught folks of all ages/shapes (age 20-80) and notice with consistency everyone gets stronger. It’s awesome that you’re going weekly!

There are so many varieties of yoga and so many teachers...you have to find the right combo for you. (If you want to try a sequence at home, I posted a “yoga for (race car) drivers” on my blog, Porschemama.com)

Do it, Kyle!

Ha ha, I suppose some of us do...but I plan on raising my daughters right!

DID YOU NOT HEAR A GRINDING NOISE!!! — did you shake her whilst saying this? I can see you shaking her.

Not the best tasting, but certainly Germans have the prettiest looking wiring. Don't blame the mice.

stop airing stories of ladies disrespecting cars. We have come a long way and stuff like this sets us back...

Oh no ladies, nooooo....why do you shame us so?

A 2,300 mile route, maybe.

...and then you can sue the manufacturer when you get in an accident. Unbelievable.

God bless unaware drivers. Also, God help us all.
