I’d strongly recommend NOT splitting pills unless your doctor concurs. I mean, you could probably split dosages, as long as you are staying on the low end, but I personally would still hesitate....

Keep in touch with your doc. If your ‘ramp up’ is doing a number on you, then you can slow it down. Talk to your doc about a slower ramp up - like instead of one week at X then the next week at 2X, do every other day or take more weeks at one dosage level. It’s a process and everyone’s chemical reactions are different.
