That the victim is dead is irrelevant IF the evidence is probative and IF it is admissible (probably under one of the many exceptions/exemptions to the hearsay rule.)

It can help establish a pattern of conduct or M.O., which is admissible as evidence if he is prosecuted for an offense within the SoL.

I find this oddly comforting. Beautiful works are made, and they are tied to the world in mundane simple ways. Art goes on and flourishes regardless of the ugliness of the politics of life.
