They could never get a warrant for this blood and they knew it, which was why they tried to lean on the nurse and get it done fast. The patient was the victim of a crime, not suspected of a crime, therefore no chance of a warrant.

I was in the Chattanooga, TN area. 99.7% coverage and it still just looked like a bright ball when glancing at it. With glasses it was just a sliver of light around a dark sphere but without them my eyes watered just from glancing in it’s general direction for half a second.
