Yes. Saban is a failure. His win rate at Miami is barely above the Dolphins alltime average(and it’s higher that the coach he replaced and WAY higher than the coach that replaced him).

Well the alternative you’re proposing is not to buy it at all. At least the developer has a 50% chance of getting your money. Plus they have tangible proof that people will return the game because they can’t pick their looks if you list that as the reason.
Or buy it on steam and if you get a male then return it for that reason and play one of the many other games like it. 50/50.
It looks like his “shoes” hit the wall and it slowed down his flip. If the wall wasn’t there he would have been fine but his momentum comes to a halt when the heels contact the wall.
One thing to note is that an addiction acquired chemically is the same as requires a chemical intake. A person can become addicted to something because doing it causes their brains to react to it chemically. So one person may take an actual chemical such as heroin and their brain chemistry as well as the drug makes…
Mine has as well.
The general rule is 1 gallon for each 1" of fish. I count about 12 fish(not including the reflections of ones. Now I'm not going to look those fish up but as long as they stay under about 3" each then they will be fine.
You do know that 401k's/IRA are just mutual funds right? All they are is a group of 20-40 stocks that are bundled together. You can just look up what's in most mutual funds and 401k's and just invest directly in those stocks.
I "lost" half the value of my retirement 401k back in 2007. But not really since it's already way back above what it was (20% average return the last 3 years).
If you can't tell the difference between (day) trading and long term investing then I can't help you. Others have already posted about many of the differences.
You're talking about trading not investing. The person hasn't "lost" anything just because they bought it at a "high" as long as they don't have to sell it in the next 5-10 years. That's why as you get older and closer to having to sell you don't buy stocks you put it into more fixed investments that don't return as…
So if you have your identity stolen you would just ignore anyone saying you owe money???
I guarantee that if you chose 40 stocks at random (diversified) that over about 20 years you'd have gotten about 8% return.
And Warren already had an amazing degree and knew what he was doing. But that wasn't really my point. It was that he saw the non monetary value of the job. If she doesn't think that the job is worth it either in money(which it isn't since it doesn't pay) or in having it on her resume or "exposure" then just don't…
Interestingly enough Warren Buffet's first real job was for a position he knew he'd learn so much in that he took it without even talking about the pay.
I think that was his point. mwatson2 said that players are clearing the hardest content in a few weeks when in reality not a single person has reached the hardest level yet.
Always fun.
Reading old comments then saw this. It's amazing how 20-30 people are predicted top 5 draft picks.
The biggest problem I have with Sims 4(and some earlier ones) is the total cost to buy all the items(expansions) for the game. I still remember being able to download fan made items or wallpapers/paints. Now it's an "expansion" that is really just themed decorations and they pump out 10+. The base games just feel…
After watching I still couldn't tell 100% that it wasn't just a skit. It's like they went from making a product and others making funny videos of it straight to the mock videos. I can just see the girls screen as she watches his face flying up and down in a flash as he uses it. And of course his as he can't even…
