You're talking about trading not investing. The person hasn't "lost" anything just because they bought it at a "high" as long as they don't have to sell it in the next 5-10 years. That's why as you get older and closer to having to sell you don't buy stocks you put it into more fixed investments that don't return as

So if you have your identity stolen you would just ignore anyone saying you owe money???

I guarantee that if you chose 40 stocks at random (diversified) that over about 20 years you'd have gotten about 8% return.

And Warren already had an amazing degree and knew what he was doing. But that wasn't really my point. It was that he saw the non monetary value of the job. If she doesn't think that the job is worth it either in money(which it isn't since it doesn't pay) or in having it on her resume or "exposure" then just don't

Interestingly enough Warren Buffet's first real job was for a position he knew he'd learn so much in that he took it without even talking about the pay.

I think that was his point. mwatson2 said that players are clearing the hardest content in a few weeks when in reality not a single person has reached the hardest level yet.

Always fun.

Reading old comments then saw this. It's amazing how 20-30 people are predicted top 5 draft picks.

The biggest problem I have with Sims 4(and some earlier ones) is the total cost to buy all the items(expansions) for the game. I still remember being able to download fan made items or wallpapers/paints. Now it's an "expansion" that is really just themed decorations and they pump out 10+. The base games just feel

After watching I still couldn't tell 100% that it wasn't just a skit. It's like they went from making a product and others making funny videos of it straight to the mock videos. I can just see the girls screen as she watches his face flying up and down in a flash as he uses it. And of course his as he can't even

I didn't replace all my locks. I just bought matching tumbler sets for 5 lock sets(knobs and deadbolts) online. They come color coded and you just replace the tumblers so that you can use the existing locks(which for good locks are sometimes 40-50$ each).

It's not really gambling since there is no loss. The only "price" to play is to buy the game at a regular price. In gambling you have to be able to win or lose. The price for the game doesn't count as a loss since you can't lose what you paid for.

The article states that it improves performance to unlock the better graphic options. Besides it hurts nothing to have better graphic options even if it's just for the few that actually can run it.

I agree. However "guilty" isn't an option in a civil trial. It's either "liable" or "not liable." Guilt is for criminal trials.

That's my point. You don't need it. But you have it. And as far as a financial agency is concerned you've used it(specifically you could use it at any time).

The way they look at that is basically as if you have used it. So if you have an open limit of $100K they pretty much treat that as if you have used that amount. Because if you think about it you COULD go out and run your used credit to the full amount at any time. They are basically acting as if you do/could owe

Thanks Obama.

What does credit have to do with saving for something? It's the opposite. Who cares if they have bad credit? If they have so much "bad credit" that they can't hold off spending $1800 that they don't have then perhaps it's not so difficult to see what is keeping them in trouble. Budgeting/spending is a behavioral

In this example though they are paying $140 a month to rent one. Even if we assume they want controllers, games, etc and say that it's going to cost them $840 they can simply "pay themselves" that $140 a month and buy one for cash in 6 months. And they will have paid $1000 less than the rental program so they could

Yes, but without the cheat code she wore uni-sex attire. To the point that the big reveal at the end that it was a woman. As in you can't tell she's a woman because she isn't wearing the tradition garb of a female in a video game. If they want to have high heels as an unlockable or as a code then fine...maybe. But
