If this is true, I'm losing respect for Apple. I don't see a point in a smaller iPhone. The battery would be smaller, not all of the apps will work, and you would have to buy iGlasses to read the text.

iPad 3 is too soon. Remember, Apple said that the iPad bridges the gap between the Mac and an iPod, so the iPad is neither a computer nor a pocket media device. If Apple released the iPad with the iPods, it would demise the iPad's concept. The fall announcement is probably something Mac related with Lion (hardware).
