Good question. I've gotten pedicures and just tell them it's pointless to massage my feet and legs since I'm paralyzed and can't feel it, so really they're not doing as much work. I still pay them the full amount and tip at least 20% though.

The price of the service is that much or is that including the extensions themselves?

I tip baseline 20% for tattoos, but round up to the next 20 because I get cash out and have a bunch of 20's. I overtip whenever possible, because I try to always go to the same person always and I wanna make sure they do a good job and will fit me in when I need them to.

Yes if something is cheaper than expected I always tip more than 20%. One time I went to get my hair done and expected to pay $60 before tip, and she only charged me $35 so I left her a $25 tip. And it was just easier that way because I had three $20 bills with me.

I also tend to overtip, at the minimum I tip 20%. I always go to the same people over and over so I want to make sure I tip well so they always do their best with me and can fit me in when necessary. I don't want to tip poorly and have them do a mediocre job.

Yes! One time I got my eyebrows threaded and tipped 20% as usual. Then I got home and investigated my eyebrows more thoroughly, and discovered she took out a huge chunk out of my left eyebrow and made them horribly uneven. I was so upset I cried. And I was mad I tipped her like normal and didn't say anything. 7 months

Is it an aveda institute salon? The ones where the students are doing the services? Because I don't think they're allowed to get tips because they're doing it for school purposes.

Diorshow Waterproof Black Out! They only sell the waterproof version at Sephora, and I need waterproof or else the mascara will smudge all over my face. I've tried a myriad of other mascaras, including other Diorshow mascaras, and this one is the best at making my lashes long with minimal clumping. I don't even feel

Yessssss I'm very excited about this. Another site to obsessively stalk and refresh.

Ok, this is good news. I tip $5, but I didn't know if that was too little or if I should be tipping at all, so it is almost always an awkward interaction.

Well I hope not. But people saying someone is racist because they only date one race makes it seem like dating preferences are an issue.

I always tip 20% for stylists, nail people (manicurists? Nail artists?), and eyebrow threaders, but what about assistants? As in, the people at hair salons that wash and blow dry your hair. Do they get a tip too?

Ok, I wasn't aware she actually said those things.

How is it clear that her preference in white men is based on a notion that they are superior to men of color? I have up til now only dated men of one race, and it’s definitely not because I think they’re superior in any way. That’s just how it’s worked out.

I liked dressing up, so my parents never had to convince me to do so. My dad would've had a serious problem with me going in a cropped halter top though.

Kylie and Tyga being out in the open is the only real problem I have with this. If people want to dress terribly, that’s on them.

It also bothered me, even though I judged them for their attire. From a fashion standpoint, not a religious/decency standpoint. And by judge I mean I personally don’t like it, but really anyone can wear whatever they want because fashion and style is subjective.

You can only see Kanye if you click on the link. He is indeed wearing a holey shirt. Maybe he was just trying to be punny with his attire.

I felt weird calling him her boyfriend too... referring to him as her partner or something like that is probably better. Although I’m sure she calls him her boyfriend.

I don’t think they ever were :-/ They were teaching Kylie how to be sexy and dance on a pole at age ten, I don’t think they care about what is or isn’t inappropriate.
