My company uses Dropbox (in combination with email.) It works well to share all of our files, which are mostly Word Documents. Email covers any of the extra communication we need.

Trello is a really useful project management tool, us has a small learning curve and new users can get working within minutes of loggin in.
Its simple, allows people to vote on items, and attach docs from google, skydrive, dropbox etc.

I use google docs and google apps heavily for collaboration.
