I don't mind the discussion, but the large graphics with the thinly disguised words, are enough for Me to have to remove LH from being My home page. I have kids and grand kids here, and I thought this was a safe site to use for My homepage.....

Here's the surprise of the thread...... It doesn't run on Linux, either!

Location uses a lot of battery in Tasker. I found a network at work, and use the "WiFi Near" State. I don't log in to the WiFi network, but if it sees the one at work, then vibrate. If it sees the one at home, Keyguard off... etc

Yupper, Learner's Permit with My ex in the right side seat. In Georgia, USA they can get a learner's permit at 15 1/2 and they can only drive with a licensed adult family member in the right seat.

My daughter at 15yrs old figured out how to stop the neighborhood dog from chasing cars. She stopped (not what I taught her to do, btw), and the dog slammed into the side of the car. That taught the dog that the chase is fun, but the catch just sucks!

If we have a clue that a storm is coming, last one was Tropical Depression Lee, I put as many big bowls of water into the freezer as will fit. They freeze, and if the power goes out, then they help keep the frozen food from going bad.

If Netflix doesn't have to maintain and send out DVD's, and pay for the postage both ways, and can cut warehouse space down to just server farms, they don't pay as many people and up goes the profit. I think they're trying to price themselves out to the DVD market, and eventually go to all streaming.

Good point I live in a quiet subdivision, in a small town.... and I still can't sleep.

But if you're getting up with the sun, you should be asleep after dark, just leave the blinds open?
