As a whole, I agree with your opinions. This was, at least, the good kind of parody, that didn't just take the original and slap something perverse or disgusting to try and make it more entertaining. I'd say it's a hit of a parody. Also those dogs were pretty cute.

I think two companies already made real life Tron cycles around the time of the last movie. They don't form out of a stick or make 90 degree cuts, but they did everything else, if I recall correctly.

I'm pretty sure the offset cockpit design ends up needing a ballast on the other side, thus increasing weight without good reason. If this was some kind of 3 wheeled F-0 car, I'd buy it more. That being said, it looks like a horrible, fun death machine.
