I've lived in Fukushima for more than a year now, and damn near the epicenter. Almost every part of the prefecture is fine. Stop referring to this as "Fukushima". It's damaging to every other part of the prefecture for you, and everyone else, to refer to this as just being "Fukushima".
I indirectly know the Capsule Ryokan guy. He also speaks good English, and loves foreigners. He's a pretty good dude.
