Actually considering this is more like a low power KERS system than a full hybrid I’d say borrow a lot of tech from that and swap out the Lithium Ion batteries for ultra capacitors. They have decent capacity and are able to do huge discharges without hurting them not to mention recharge times are almost negligible.

I have to say you are right on with your assessment of #3. My old tC not terribly sporty, but you can’t imagine the amount of stuff I was able to haul around in it.

I would love to do that. I think the one caveat to this is if you have actually done the modifications to make it closer to an M or AMG NISMO etc, then it’s forgivable, but still kinda frowned upon.

I dunno it’s similar to what my tC got and it’s got almost 30 more horsepower. I’d say that’s pretty decent.
