On one hand, people are upset because they bought into a game and had it switched on them. Maybe they’d still have bought the game knowing the possibilities, but they had supported a game and had this happen to them without really knowing this would be the case. You’re criticizing something that needn’t be criticized. If you walked into someone’s house who took up painting for fun, would it really be appropriate to ever mention how if they just spent more time doing it they could be better?
I don’t think you got the gist of why he’s doing it. It’s more of a fun hobby. He was excited about making small tweaks.
