At my local Canadian Tire I picked up a 12v socket that outputs to a bunch of switches you add your own wires to, essentially splits it into 6 sockets that all have on/off buttons. If you cut a usb cable only 2 cables handle power, would be seriously easy. I'm sure AutoZone or similar has them.
