I would think that a word like "saga" - a common literary term - would be offlimits to copyright. Ditto for "candy". Perhaps only the combo of the 3 words should be defended? Maybe the makers of Candyland should sue Candy Crush? Or authors who study the saga format of literature? Really..

if this is Sony's solution to backwards compatibility, then they need to go back to the drawing board and stop being lazy. Games usually require fast and precise inputs and I don't see how streaming a game over the internet will benefit at all this experience.
