It’s my understanding that most states do have a definition of “violent” or “dangerous” offenses socked away in the criminal code somewhere. I would hope (but I’ll believe it when I see it) that if you’re not charged with one of those, you wouldn’t be considered “a danger to the community”

In Missouri, if you’re driving a tow truck and you come to a wreck, you’re not allowed to stop unless you’ve been called. Class D Misdemeanor and they’ll impound your tow truck if you do. Goes up to a felony for a third offense.

This document appears to refer to one located Atchison County, which is in the far northwest corner of the state, rather than Benton, Missouri, which is located in the southeast part of the state. I didn’t believe it, but the only long-term contract on the entire roster is the deal Wil Meyers signed at 6yrs/83M starting this year. The only other multi-year deal on the club is Yangervis Solarte at 2yrs/7.5M. Everybody else on the roster so far is either under club control or on a 1 year deal.
Too bad about the treason and desertion from the military as John Travolta’s sidekick, though.
