“Trade Secrets” only apply as long as you make a concerted effort to keep them a secret. Once it’s offered for sale, published, or otherwise made available to the public, you have lost your ability to claim “trade secret” on that item.

3-way tie:

The rebate form only lists “Some participating retailers include...” and I’m unable to find a complete list of participating retailers.

When my wife was in labor with our first child, the TENS unit (recommended by our midwife) that the hospital came up with made a huge difference in managing the discomfort of “back labor”. It seemed like a lot to ask out of a little 9V battery, but it did the job.

Yep. Campfire, oven, stove top, grill... any way you can provide heat to it, it’ll cope with. Only things probably not recommended are microwaves and thermite.

Of course*. It’s just an LCD HDMI display - if your computer can pump out 4K over HDMI then you’re in business. I have an old Mac Mini running a 60" Vizio at home for the times when the Vizio’s built-in apps don’t cut it.

I prefer keeping them seperate - makes it that much easier to change out service providers if all of my internal network contact points stay the same and I just drop in a DSL modem instead of the cable modem the next time somebody else has better promo rates.

I have tried these kits to varying levels of success. The nice, flat plane of an Xterra were pretty simple and got good results.... for a while. The complex curves and bevels of a Saturn Ion were a pain in the butt and got very poor results for the time put into it.

This is also just about the first thing I do when I buy a house - replace the 20-year-old, broken, painted-over, worn-out sockets and switches with amazingly inexpensive modern replacements that will actually keep a plug in them.

This is one thing I’ve been amazed has not existed until this moment.

Is that a /pair/ of USB plugs at the far end of that cable?

I’ve had Ting since Feb ‘13 and have been incredibly pleased with them. All three of our phones are currently on the Sprint side of their service, and that works fine in our area (no appreciable difference from being with Sprint directly in terms of network performance). I can’t speak directly to the GSM (TMO) side,

May God have mercy upon your phone bill and possibly your posture.

When I switched from Sprint ($180/mo after taxes for 2 lines) to Ting ($66/mo average for 3 lines), I did that exercise and was surprised to find out how little of my “unlimited” talk/text/data my family was really using. At that point Ting became a n0-brainer since we could bring over our existing Sprint phones.
