Which is incredibly chintzy of them. I really don’t want to pay for their streaming radio service - I already have music. I just don’t want to try to manage it in five different places every time I buy a new album from Amazon (which I do because they, at least, give you MP3 files that I can take anywhere and listen to

Yippee.

So... I can’t tell if this comment (the first one on the article) is being ironic or not.

With the 3 phones on my account, my typical bill - before taxes - is $63 (3 phones, L minutes, L messages, L data).

I consider a wallet to be a failure if it doesn’t last me at least 5 years, preferably a decade.

Poo-pooh this all you will, but there’s a market segment that would KILL for something like this: parents of special-needs kids.

It might be the angles, but it looks like that cladding is both too small and too low to actually protect the doors against anything in particular. On the C4 Cactus, they’re HUGE and look to be placed MUCH higher up on the doors.

The tenant’s cost probably amortizes out when compared to the probable increase in rent over a comparably-upgraded unit.

I, too, have a wireless printer, but it doesn’t support any of the “cloud printing” stuff. But it still works perfectly with my Chromebook - and all my other Android devices - because I have an old junker of a Windows laptop hosting it for Google Cloudprint from a shelf under my desk.

A rather large number of the watches in the sale link do not let that code apply to them. So that’s not exactly helpful. I was kind of hoping to score 20% off of the Weekender 40 in there.

Two things spring to mind:

Datum: this weekend I pulled out two toilets and a pedestal sink from a friend’s condo who’s having new floors put in due to some water damage - saved him $180 per toilet and $300 for the sink (!! no kidding - that’s what the contractor was fixing to charge against the insurance payout) which is money that can now be
