And the Ghost Rider has moved on to some kid in a ‘69 Charger. This is simply GR’s old bike out looking for its next job as an Ex-Servant of Hell. Maybe it’ll start working for Hell’s little brother Heck. It’s not as bad in Heck, and the hours are better.

I used to live about 20 minutes from Mt. Airy, where this is being sold. If I had $11k to spend on an old Renault... mmmmm. Little baby camper van. Whoever ends up with this will be very happy, and I will be very jealous.

I WANT ONE.

Dear Mr. George,

I have to watch it with the sound off (no headphones here at work), but is the left stick a standard H-pattern four-speed and the right stick (closer to camera) is a simple Low (forward)-Neutral (center)-High?

I envision this particular slant-6 would be longitudinally mounted, with the passenger seat mounted on the transmission hump as the driveshaft goes toward the front axle.

On the other hand, this is the most ingenious getaway car ever. Bank employees report a Corvette fleeing the scene. Cops from the side hear a Corvette is on the run, see the Camaro, and ignore. Cops parked along the side of the road see a Mustang approaching and don’t block the roadway. I say paint it Camry beige,

Mounted behind the passenger seat, leaning the opposite way Chrysler intended.

I think Nash is a great name, and sincerely hope by the time this boy reaches school age, Nash Bridges won’t even come to mind for them.

I wish I could star this more. This is brilliant. :)

I really can’t Beat most of the puns in this thread, as I feel I’m out of my Element.

I’m sorry, I’m replying to people as they ask me how it’s going... I am still trying to perfect this, and I’m going to email my trials, tribulations, and pictures on to Jason.

This perfectly illustrates my first few attempts. It’s like they go from blobs of dough to eels covered in Vaseline, swimming around in hot motor oil, and any implement you may have to try and grab them may as well be a bowl of pudding. I’ve graduated to using a two-tonged (four pronged?) approach to hold and lift at

Still experimenting. :) Bagel dough is tough to shape and cook into shapes other than Os, I’m finding... but still working on it.

Not gone yet. This is a heck of a project, and may still be the death of me. I’ll hold on to your RIP if/when it does come though... thank you. :)

I’ve made 5 batches, and still trying to find the right food-to-dough ratio. They turn out way too big to fit in a cupholder or too small that they flop around. I believe I’ve found a solution, but still working out the kinks. I’m trying to document it all and write it up for Torch.

I think that was really the only purpose, to make it farther for a head to go before smashing into it... aside from “it doesn’t need wipers- rain simply blows off.”

EVERY time I see this car, my eyes and brain do this weird thing I can’t explain properly. It’s cliche to say “oh, my eyes hurt!” but it really *does* have some kind of weird effect on me. I came across this car as I was growing up, checking one of those massive “Encyclopedia Of Cars, 1976 edition” books from my local

I’m so excited, my bathing suit area is feeling warm and tingly, and I’ll probably need some sort of ointment.

This is such an elegant car. Does anyone know what color it’s painted? Usually I see them in silver, red, black or white. This blue is gorgeous.
