That’s weird as hell. I had 275/40/17s on both of my Vettes and it handled great in the rain. I might be looking at that through rose colored glasses, but I dont remember hating their wet weather performance.
Riken is a Michelin brand, I’ve actually had two sets of Riken Raptor’s on my cars. C4 Corvettes no less. They’re loud as hell but for $90/corner they’re undeniably a great value.
