On the East Coast of the United States, there are plenty of "food-trucks," but when I was in Montréal in the summer two years ago (2012), I saw a bunch of pop-up "food-containers" which were very neat and ingenious... I agree. My dentist actually told me that my oral hygiene was way better after I started to use a non-mechanical toothbrush. I am totally with you. I love my gadgets, but I love my teeth much more.
