I'm pretty sure her phone was technically corporate (or at least corporate run).

That's a really big device! Looks like those Android mini tablets to me...

Hopefully, this would mean that I could assign different alert tones to my accounts. Right now, I'm using the eNotify for my iPad and I don't think it's all that perfect (compared to right-out-of-the-box assignment on my BlackBerry).

But what happens if you have family members who're from cultures where wine with meals is not only normal, but expected? And some own vineyards? Do Baptists realize they're racist by thinking that? Or do they not care?

The drinking part bothers me. What if someone comes from a culture where wine with dinner is considered a normal thing (i.e. Italian, French, etc... OK, so these are Catholic cultures which the university probably consider sinful, but still...). I've always thought those who're against responsible drinking are

The first time I saw the commercials, I thought it was for Victoria's Secret.

One reason I avoid McBreakfast sandwiches with sausage. You never know what's in THAT...

What's the birthrate in Latin American countries, and if it's lower, why aren't Hispanic immigrants also having fewer kids? Religion?

Yeah, but countries with totalitarian governments, especially those that oppress with so-called "religion" are never going to see birth rates leveling off (at least not there). Even in more developed countries, the more religious one is, the more likely they're going to have the babies. Probably why the birthrate in

The population issue is one reason why we're considering adoption rather than having babies the old fashioned way...

What's a 30 year old doing at Hollister?

It's not just about being looked at but WHO is looking at you. I don't know who goes to your gym, but there are ones where a lot of the clientele are middle aged folks who look like they need to work out more often. Are you okay with a woman who falls into the MIDWTF (the opposite of a MILF) staring at you?

Finally.... as for the Catholic situation, I assume that even if an heir marries a Catholic, the kids would be expected to be raised Anglican. After all, the monarch is the head of the church. It just means that the spouse doesn't have to convert.

Frances Bean engaged? Isn't she like 19?

I agree, and back then, middle aged women were more likely to wear granny clothes than today...

Jersey Shore, huh... I never thought of it that way...

I see the third costume (the one held up by the Asian girl) as a Japanese costume rather than geisha, personally. Being a geisha is a job, just like a secretary is a job. Yes, it's normally associated with Japanese culture, but technically, anyone can be a geisha, regardless of ethnicity. It's just HOW you wear it.

UK 10 = US 6 (or thereabouts)

Yeah, but at least they don't have to live with it in school.

Thanks :)
