I don't believe in BMI. BMI doesn't work for body builders, nor does it work for those of us who are very, very small boned (my BMI is just over 17...my mom's BMI when she was in her 20s was probably just under that, since she's like a couple of inches taller than me.). Weight should only be one of the factors to

The only GAP Inc store that actually does well is Banana Republic, which is, conincedently, the only GAP Inc store I shop at. Regular Gap has, in the past few years, gone too Old Navy and Old Navy is just plain crap. If I want very affordable clothes, I'd go to H&M!

I bet the Simpsons spread would never have happened at (US) Vogue. Anna Wintour would NEVER have allowed this to happen to her!

Druggy, sleazy videos on YouTube? Ehh...nothing new. Everyone on YouTube, including myself ([www.youtube.com]) has something that probably wouldn't make it the "real" airwaves.

Eva...the petite version of Star Jones, huh? Does that mean she's now Eva Parker (or at least, Eva Longoria Parker)?

Lady, what makes you think that non-biracial children DON'T have identity issues? Your British-Indian hubby, whose parents are immigrants might very well have issues too (sorry, as a Chinese Canadian, I HAD to say that...I'm a hreppy girl (hippe/preppy...more preppy), and that's tres rare in the Chinese Canadian

Good for the UK. Like I said, designers need to expand their horizons, be more creative with how they show their clothes. It would be interesting to see clothes on different heights. Maybe people will realize WHY alterations don't work on many petite people....or...hey....actually fit things on shorter people!

Glamour??? Why not Marie Claire?

Some weird Facebook groups out there! Well, I have a Facebook account too and I'm also in a few fashion groups.

Goodness! And Reese is supposed to be a proper Southern Bell, debutante and all (I'm 99.999999% sure that she had either just made her debut or was about to make it when she was interviewed for Seventeen back in 1994-ish)

A friend of mine who used to work at a big named magazine told me that print media just isn't doing as well anymore.

Petite women are "forgotten" too...I mean, a few years ago, a pair of pants would have a 30" or 31" inseam, but now, many sell "regular" lengths as long as 34" I know there's this whole "send it to the tailor" speech that I seem to hear all the time, but rises are getting longer too.
