Why? Hot water on my face, a few swipes with the blade, and my skin is hair-free and smooth. I don’t have a mess, I don’t have to buy cream, annd I can actualy see what I’m doing ass I shave versus hoping the cream isn’t covering any hair I want to keep.

I get a 5 o’clock shadow pretty early. I still only shave a couple times a week, because, screw it, I’m not meeting clients or anything, but I still don’t bother with the shaving cream. A moisturizing strip (that always wears off before I toss the razor blades) is more than enough.

On my phone, for some reason, it autocorrects “damn” into “Damon”. Really??

Yeah, I try not to spend money if I don’t have to, though there are definitely frivolous things I spend money on. That razorpit does look interesting though, and it’s inexpensive. ;-) Thanks

Except when I let the razor get way past its toss-date, I never experience razor burn or pimples, and I’ve got pretty thick hair on my face, along with a moustache and goatee that I need to reign in on occassion. I guess I’ve never experienced a problem that needed shaving cream as a solution.

How is adding unnecessary goop shaving properly? What does the cream do that hot water doesn’t do, other than obscure the hair you’re trying to remove? Especially if the razor blade you’re using has a “lubricating strip” built right into it.

I never thought this would happen to me, but...

A mirror that magnifies is terribly handy, though. They’re cheap, hang in the shower, and let you see hair that might have been missed. water can make everything slick and cause you to miss hair that you might be able to see instead.

But it’s such a waste of money and time. Water does just as well for me as shaving cream, and it lets me see what I’m doing rather than covering my stubble with an opaque cream.

Keep calling it ISIS or the terroists win! First they come for our acronyms, then they come for our abbreviations, and then where would the youth in this country be, typing everything out like a pedantic prick?

How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb is a very good album, too, and it came out in 2004.

Who the fuck bothers with shaving cream? I shave in the shower, get my neck and lower face nice and wet, turn around to face the mirror we have hanging in the shower, and go to town. I’m right-handed, so I start on my left and work my way to the right, then go back over areas that might have been missed in the first

I go two to three times a day, unless I’m sick, then it’s a literal crapshoot. My gall bladder has been removed, so that definitely affects my poop times, and I probably don’t get enough fiber, but my poop doesn’t “line up at the gate” so to speak. So I’ll sit down, a piece will come out, a minute or two later,

But there are those of us on the other end of the spectrum bring that average back down. I’m 32 and have broken, at most, 3 glasses since I turned 18 and set off on my own.

Then you’re not doing it right. How often do you go to the bathroom in a day? If I left after a minute, I know I’d be back in about 15 minutes because there would be more on its way. And while I don’t tend to make ooh and ahh noises while pooping, it definitely feels very good to get it out.

Actually, the best position to align your bowels is crouched (you can actually buy things to get you in the correct position on a toilet), but leaning forward a bit is the best approximation you can get on an average toilet.

Under the same options all around, the only real factor appears to be number of miles, which makes sense.

This is where we bought our car in February. I’ve linked to used cars of the same make and model as we bought, but all I can see are 2013 or older, so I’ve filtered to just the 2013. There are only 2, but they’re $20k and $21k. As I said, we bought our 2015 one new for $21k, and we saw 2014s for as high as $27k.

We’re not expecting exactly the same amount back, but as I replied to another commenter, when we bought our second Equinox this February, due to discounts and rebates, we were able to buy it for $21k. Similar used ones a year or two old were selling for $27k. But Cash for Clunkers was a while ago, and the number of

I’m in WI. We were pricing Equinoxes just in February. We bought a new one for about $21k and used ones that were 1 or 2 years old were going for $27k. (Sticker price for ours was $29k, but after rebates and discounts, we were at $21k and we wouldn’t have gotten those on used ones)
