I've been waiting since July last year for it to come out in the US. The wiki lists it as "Early 2013", but I haven't heard a peep about it from SEGA because their PR is terrible. And as far as FailureOptional's comment is concerned, That's the release date for the Japanese version of the game for Playstation VITA.
