Absolutely! This is how trickle-down economics are supposed to work: Incredibly wealthy people are able to share their incredible fortune with us poors by sharing the magnificence of the things they buy. My life is improved by hearing absurdly powerful engines making wonderful noises as they pass by. Just this morning

Exactly. Which is IT?

So the way I read that, Mahindra is making a hypercar styled by and branded as Pininfarina. Is that right?

The RC500 starts at $95k. I’ll be kind of surprised if they position the Supra below that.

I sincerely hope they don’t price it like a GTR. $75-$80k seems like it would be a good spot where it isexpensive enough to be “premium” but still attainable. However, with the GTR at $100k and the NSX at $120k, I assume that is what they are going to use as a benchmark and it’ll be in that range.

Sometimes all you need is a judge who accepts your premise. It might get killed on appeal but I think a single judge could potentially let it run. I agree though, if it is standing based on lack of potential dividends it would have huge repercussions.

If I were a judge, I’d accept that as meeting the requirement for “injury”, but what do I know....
