Maybe a more likely reason would be that they would then be liable for having allowed the behavior to have happened in the first place? ...

1) Unwelcome comments made to or about a person = harassment & are, likely, best handled by HR (just remember, HR is not there to actually protect the company’s Human Resources... they exist to protect the company’s PR image, reputation, & value to its investors/owners).

I will never understand why any school, at any level, is ever allowed to investigate anything other than “academic crimes”. They just do not have the training, temperament, or skill set to realistically deal with any issue where the guilty party would (or should) in any other situation end up in prison.

I came to the same conclusion when I had the option to choose a COBRA plan a few years ago. Ones employer should absolutely have no say in or knowledge of how or why your medical care exists (other than providing sick time, PTO, or whatever they want to call it, to actually get the medical care).

So racism is both systematic and systemic. Same with sexism and most every other -ism, I’d think, along with homophobia & most peoples’ general attitude with any/every sexual minority...

SO from two perspectives ... if he’s too stupid to know what that means.. Then he’s too stupid to be POTUS. If he’s doing it on purpose.. then he is evil & has no right be POTUS (and shouldn’t be any longer). But of course, he probably isn’t the one doing this stuff...
