Bayer Munich has won every Bundesliga championship for 6 years straight and their average attendance is 75k, that is the Allianz Arena capacity. F1 has had dominant teams for most of its time and it is by far the largest motorsport by TV viewership.

Yet I can remember the endless complaining in Schumi era back when F1 had refueling that everything was always decided on the pits and we didn’t get proper racing on the track.
Aero is indeed everything . It also reflects on how many teams need much more corrective input on slower corners, while Mercedes can take an angle and trust that the car stays glued to the track.
Absolutely to both. There are different aero philosophies and the front suspension packaging is different on all the teams. You can read example about the different aero this year from below link that has essentially screwed Ferrari that can’t obviously change the whole car anymore. Mercedes is famous for its high…
Traction control hasn’t been allowed for over a decade. Not totally sure what sound you are referring to.
Do also remember that F1 is not a spec series. There is a reason Mercedes has been dominating for past years and dominates this year.
Not saying the tax is the only reason, but I wouldn’t ignore its effect either. Stockholm Arlanda has been growing for almost a decade straight since 2010. Also, the loss of passengers happened most of all in the short intra Swedish flights and inside the Nordics. Where the tax is most visible to people.
I don’t really care about Fords models, but I do think ID3 certainly does look interesting. VW Group and Toyota are really the ones that have the net cash reserves to do whatever from the current big ICE manufacturers. VW Group has been putting gigantic sums already and still have 70 billion euro left till 2025.
That’s just VW licensing their MEB platform for Ford and Ford using it in 2022 in Europe.
There has been quite a bit of talk about the airplanes cumulative effect on not just the CO2 emissions but also vapour trails having as big of an impact. There’s also how air traffic emissions in Europe doubled from 1995 to 2006. Sweden’s air traffic tax they introduced early 2018 I doubt has brought even near the…
Similar tax has been present Sweden since early 2018. The traffic in Arlanda Airport has been dropping 1-5% year-on-year every quarter. In Q1 2019 traffic dropped 5.2%.
That press release reads like some The Bold and the Beautiful style corporate shenanigans. I love it. Because of the court battle Rich Energy needs to disclose Its F1 deal to UK court, as well as Its UK and global sales.
That’s beautiful.
To make the brand something between Skoda/Seat and Audi. They succeeded, and that’s big reason why they are the world largest car manufacturer and so insanely profitable. It’s because they have for the past 15 years somehow made the holy trinity of Seat/Skoda, VW and Audi work.
He without a doubt was worth every penny for Barcelona back in the day. Never imagined him to be as unselfish as a playmaker as he ended up being and just in general very effective.
Living in Paris, getting salary only Barcelona, Real, City and possibly United could. On name basis when Neymar signed and the money PSG is throwing around there’s no doubt they could have challenged for CL win.
I didn’t believe that either, but looking at their quarter one results It’s not too far from the truth.
That’s nice of course in a bubble but the fact that Alfa has been loosing in a market where over 70% of it revenue is coming points in a totally opposite direction.
The market were 95% of these will be sold doesn’t have the notion of hatchback needing to be attainable. You don’t wanna have GLE as your everyday car if you work/live central Milan for example.
True, though the market were A-class sells has a very different view on the car size. If you live in central Milan, London, Stockholm etc It’s just not practical and certainly not fun to drive around in a larger car. Why the Golf has always had such huge swath of different social classes driving the car all around…
