Indeed. I will admit that as a teen I did pirate some games.

I don't know about that interior, but I would not surprised if the exterior design ends up quite close to that on DS lineup. DS line as it is very funky and very modern looking.
You are right that indeed having games especially for Japanese market flavor right on the launch no doubt would have had a impact. I'm just more skeptical on the value for MS doing that in a long run. I mean they are here for a profit like any other publicly traded company and example JRPGS have not exactly been a…
Ah, gotcha.
Though is there anything wrong with it being primarily western console? I mean that's what they are. Like you said, Japanese mostly by xbox for the western games.
Xbox One is the fastest selling console ever, if PS4 wasn't around. Them selling as fast as they do might mirror the "lining up" for iPhone culture and got a be first stuff, but with the info we got now. Both PS4 and Xbox One are the best selling consoles in history in the time period they have been out by quite a…
Being as US centric as Xbox One is really killed the console for me. I was tied to MS ecosystem quite hard by WP at the time of its launch (not anymore) and my desktop computer is still running Windows and will be in the future. Even had Windows 8 tablet shortly at the time.
I used to travel for solid 3 years to school from Espoo to central Helsinki in Finland without any problems.
The world can't have enough of tower defense games as far as I'm concerned. I don't really play on mobile, but it is actually pretty amazing how little good quality tower defense games there are on PC. Thinking how much some other, much more obscure categories of games get out depending on the flavor of the year.
Rovio/Angry Birds also made this halloween song with similar 80's spirit.
Same with paper machine made here in Finland for 25 million euros back in the 70's. Took the machine, and nothing after that.
Nintendo is a big company, not huge, but big. EU is single largest economic union and any global business will have local personnel handling the business side, be it accounting, marketing etc. In Nintendo's case this can also include localization for their content.
Do gamers really deserve that though? At least on sports I follow I can find communities that are just all around levelheaded and create amazingly deep discussion without it going to picking sides.
Or when gamers call SWAT teams on streamers, or figure out where you live after you get killed in WoW and threaten to kill you in real life. There are extremes on gamers and sport fans, though I have never seen all around as bad fanbase as with gamers.
That's probably because there's no good answer. It's no designer furniture that is full on oak or keeps its form for ages, also costs thousands of euros. That said it for the very least doesn't usually lose to comparably priced stuff. Ikea doesn't just sell cheap stuff, but neither do they sell the most expensive…
I'm a Mario Kart veteran and had no problems with MK8 150cc. Had to do two cups again to achieve 3 star on everything. I 3 starred 50cc and 100cc before I went for 150cc.
Imo it is quite telling that people relish on win that happened decades ago still. I wish they could fight in global scale all time time, rather than relishing the past when Ford beat Ferrari couple of times. Is that really all we got?
Actually Russia's Soyuz rocket family is among the most reliable there is. M-proton is not part of the family. ESA for example has been using them to get their 6 Galileo satellites out of 30 to the space, even with ESA's own commercially extremely successful Ariane rockets. Same goes for US using them to get their…
Though that's exactly what US is doing as well. Protect its interest and its allies that are enemies of its enemies. Just as it has always worked with the current superpower in lead.
