Well, it’s a sports car. Probably intended to be driven on a closed track. License plates aren’t a thing there.

Again, the toll is taken via RFID device in a vehicle. Only if you don’t have one, will the toll people look for you via plate. In that case, believe me, they know your plate from the rear 20 cameras.

So we are assuming everyone is guilty and therefore we need everyone to wear a gold star on their jackets... to better identify them? Got it!

Sure. We have about 40 cameras from every angle available. They take pictures of rear plates as well as front when available. Mostly, though, there is an RFID gizmo in a car that is responsible for paying the toll. Only when you don’t have one, plate comes into play.

buy one and do that. I wanna watch

I refuse to believe a great state of Ohio is getting shorted on exotic car registrations

I don’t know which car it was, but I can just see myself turning around, going back inside and asking for a DIFFERENT car - one without old holes from self tapping screws in the bumper... you know, after he unscrewed the plate and centered it.

My whole point is the regulators are welcomed with open arms into 21st century. Time where things like stickers can be attached to windows, RFID devices can be installed into vehicles, and if all that fails, have a way to make an exception. Some pointed out shit-box that is 1993 Saturn SC2 enjoys an exemption some

99%??? That statistic is exaggerated by million billion percent

Well, we didn’t write the laws. We are not asking for cops to pull us over and give us tickets because one license plate at the rear of the car clearly visible to police is not enough.

Correct!

I found it. Right back there... on the rear bumper. Making it visible for police to read when they pull me over to tell me how much they like my car

spelled JORTS. Thanks

GASP. NEW STUFF. HOW WILL IT WORK EVEN?

which is my point in responding to the original post. It looks ugly and it isn’t owner’s responsibility to find a place to stick a piece of rusty sheet metal to his car

elaborate. What defines a super car? 0-60 under 3 seconds isn’t super car territory? Just a shitty chevy in the middle of corollas?

Yep. Let’s just go with that logic. You are .01% so please pay the fine every time a cop sees you.

All states should give exemptions for certain cars. Not all cars. By any means not all cars. But sports cars, cars with heavy emphasis on front aerodynamics. Those should get exemptions. Probably cars that were modified with some approved hardware - aftermarket bumpers for instance that leave no place for plate.

What’s it attached with? nails? Glue? Screws? How ugly is that?
