When I was at Woodward this year, i'm pretty sure I saw that^^^^ headline car.. It was def. a Citroen, and looked alot like that. driving opposite direction, Manufacturer tags on it.

Ford had one of these cruising around woodward, this year. Had manufacturer tags on it.
