it's mostly to do with aerodynamics... when your in something so small, your giant bobbly head is a huge wind break, so in the straight bits where you can for the most part, predict what is in front of you.. you tuck that melon down as tight as possible, to reduce drag. unfortunately, this can be the result.

I live near there, and also frequent that part of the hwy.. maybe that's why there are so many crashes at the bloomfield exit. I think the haze your refering to, is our wonderful ethanol plant, that is just far enough away from the 401 that it's fallout seems to find its way to the hwy.

401... one of the most uninspiring hwys' ever.... i'm a dad, and Canadian. I can say i've nodded a time or two behind the wheel.. I think it's because our road are just to G-D boring..

The gap on the trunk lid, is..... is just terrible....

all it needs it to be turbo charged, another $3-4G in aftermarket bits and you have a fantastic, powerful fun car.
