IDK for me NV had better followers and NPCs and was more canon-friendly, but F3 had a better interiors a more "intimate story" and since the map was more compact, it encouraged you to explore a little more... For me Fallout is all about being alone in a F*up world, and F3 acomplished that better than F:NV.

I find it amazing that this is an opinion. The New Vegas world sucked.

Fallout 3 was much more interesting than New Vegas in my opinion.
