I see where the other side of the argument comes from, but this is going to do more harm then I think the initial online jump is worth. Aside from the fact that I don't like the idea of an online console, many, MANY, people are going to miss out. I know it sounds crazy, but I know more people who game offline, then

I don't think Keifer Sutherland is a good choice merely because the guy can't voice act AT ALL. He's a decent actor for what he does, dare I say he's a perfect fit for Jack Bauer, but just because you can act, doesn't mean you can do it behind the mic, completely different ball game, and all I've heard from him are

Not directly related to Xenogears, but this was something I loved about Lost Odyssey, the flashback sequences that were all text. Sure it may or may not have been used as a way to save time (but then why would they put them in at all?) But it gave me a much more emotional attachment to the game because my mind did

Any chance you have a link to where one could buy said desk?

I hate the spirit of creation? lol It's hilarious that you're so quick to jump on Sony about "cashing in" when you turn around and blindly support people who are blatantly ripping off minecraft like you said in your previous post, your blindly "supporting" people who don't give fuck about the community. Indie

And how many of those games are even worth a squirt of piss? Are any of these in the limelight? Hell for the first 2 years Xbox Indy existed....NOBODY could find it, it was so buried. Not to mention, how many of the advertised or "front page" XBLA titles from Indie Developers were ever a good experience for the dev?

Pretty sure Microsoft is more known for kicking developers in the nuts more than anyone else. Ask the guys at Team Meat how well working with Microsoft has gone. Not only has Sony helped fund Indie developed games AND published them, but the PS4 is letting indie devs Self publish. While the PS3 was definitely harder

They almost did =(

The part that always bewildered me about Harmony Gold was the fact they could be making a LOT of money without really even having to do anything, I mean come on when they were on their near deathbed in the early to mid 90's and a few gems from Macross slipped through (like Macross Plus) those did fantastic, It's not

I guess you also forgot the part where Sony will also have the majority of their back catlog on their new streaming service, not to mention the biggest platform for the indie dev, I could give fuck all about EA and the Big guys, I know they are going to re-hash the same tired bullshit year after year. Microsoft has

You get a Star for the travesty that is the new Steel Battalion

PC Gamer Market =/= Console Market

I was about to mention XCOM EU's screen. Not only is it an epic screen, but it gives you that perfect atmosphere for "Oh shit there's aliens on the loose" from that perspective.

Honestly, it sounds like something someone says when they are trying to impress their friends, so I wouldn't immediately call it trolling.

I'm not offended by anything in this scenario, I'm just tired of people never looking at it from all perspectives, and just going hivemind on everything, because it's never that simple.

Randy also said that they wanted more time to make it better, but were afraid of getting sued by Sega for how long they had had the game already. Also saying "They CHOSE what to release" is a childish statement to make because what else did they have to release and what else could they do? It's not like they had any

First off, does anyone have ACTUAL proof that they used Sega's money to fund Borderlands? I'm going to say no, because if that WERE true, Kotaku and other sites would have had an "inside guy" on it.

So let me get this straight, game companies job is to make game for another company, company fails to do so, company fails, everyone blames the company that outsourced the game and NOT the company who dropped the ball and re-wrote the game from scratch despite the original assets given to them by the company who hired

I agree with everything, except that like what was mentioned above, there is a realness that even cheap puppets or claymation have that NO CG, Done well or cheap will ever have, because that thing is being filmed and can be touched in the real world, that makes it more believable. Avatar is the closest thing I've seen

I LOVED Dino Crisis 2. The first one was good, but the open jungle atmosphere of the second, coupled with the fact it was primarily in daylight (I was pretty much terrified of the first for the fact it was always pitch black, lol). I had only wished that Dino Crisis 3 had gotten more publicity and wasn't land locked
