Hrm. Given the way they've handled DSiWare - I wouldn't count on anything nice and neat (a la redownloading PSN content).

Well, to be fair, they were mentioning upcoming titles that are already well into production. I'm not sure how far into the future you can speculate about games for a system that's probably over a year away from release.
